Neurofascial Reset is a movement based therapeutic technique that addresses the nervous system’s role in alleviating pain, tension, and restrictions in muscles, tendons, ligaments, and fascia. 

Every session is a combination of examination and treatment. Your therapist will use their hands to evaluate the texture, tightness, and movement of muscles, fascia, tendons, ligaments, and nerves. Painful areas are treated by combining precise tension with very specific patient movements. It may be uncomfortable during the movement phase of treatment. This occurs as the neurological system is being stimulated to restore normal function and eliminate pain. 

This treatment is performed over the clothes with no oil, please wear non-restrictive clothing that will allow you to move freely.

Assisted stretch is a highly effective and personalized technique aimed at enhancing flexibility, mobility, and relieving muscular tension. During a session, your therapist will gently guide and support you through a series of controlled stretches. These stretches are designed to target specific muscle groups, promoting increased range of motion and improved joint function.

You will remain fully clothed during the session, and are asked to wear comfortable attire that allows for easy movement.
